Without Further Ado...

Here's pics from my vacation!

My grandparents always placed great smelling food up on their counters. They offered me some bananas and blueberries one day, but I don't like fruit! Silly humans...

There's Rocky and I ready to walk to the park.

Everyday I played with my new soft frisbee. I love jumping in the air and catching the frisbee.

That tired me out. I tried sleeping in Rocky's bed, but it's only large enough to fit a pug, not a boxer!

So we both shared the larger plush bed.

Toward the end of my vacation I found this cool plastic stick in my grandpa's bathroom. I was having fun chewing on the stick when my grandpa walked it the room and yelled, "Oh my God! She's eating my razor!".

I'm not sure what a razor is, but apparently it's bad. My grandpa couldn't find the blade so he thought I swallowed it. They immediately rushed me to the veterinary emergency hospital where I got some cool x-rays. Luckily the razor thing was not in my belly. I guess I'll stay away from those razor sticks for now on.

Yeah, I have heard those razor things aren't good for you. Good thing you took that bit off before playing with it. Good to hear that you enjoyed your holidays, too. Maybe you can get your hoomans to post an action shot of you with that frisbee! I don't go to my Grandparents' place much. Their fur-sons, my Uncles Jack and Max are pretty set in their ways and they don't get along real well with new blood.

Love and Licks,
Texas (and his humans).

Between Cubby's eye and you chewing on razors, boxers are some tough dogs. We are glad you are friendly tough dogs!
Glad that razor thing wasn't inside you. We bet you gave everyone a scare for a while though.

Wow, cool x-ray!! I want an x-ray picture for my blog, too! But Mom said I better not get any ideas...

Glad you're back - sounds like your vacation was fun.

We have that exact same frisbee at our house too! Its very easy on the mouth, not like hard frisbees!

Looks like you had a great vacation - apart from the having to get xrays part. But I must say that it's a REALLY COOL xray...

Love,
Bogart

That is a cool xray, but I sure am glad you are okay! Stay away from em next time!!! Don't want to hear of anything hurting you!

Happy New Year to you and yours, Cairo! :)

Oh wow! I am sure glad you didn't swallow the sharp razor blade. Emmy tried doing that but Linda caught her before she could swallow it or cut herself. We are wondering if she is suicidal- what with jumping out of moving cars and trying to eat razor blades.
Big Wags,
Isabella

My cousin's Golden Retriever's name is Mutt. He is also on vacation here right now. He has this insatiable habit of chewing things, just like you Cairo. I'm glad that he loves the dog treats that I've been giving to him since he stayed here.

Stay away from those plastic stick, or from anything you find in the bathroom. Good thing you're safe away from the razor, Cairo.
